Gaspar Bouttats, fue un notable grabador a buril, aguafortista e ilustrador de libros Flamenco del periodo barroco miembro de una reconocida saga de grabadores, hay constancia que en 1669 era miembro activo del gremio de San Lucas, colaboró en diversas publicaciones relevantes junto al editor Jerónimo Verdussen.
Gaspar Bouttats was a notable engraver with burin, watercolorist and illustrator of Flemish book of the baroque period, member of a recognized saga of engravers, there is evidence that in 1669 he was an active member of the guild of San Lucas, he collaborated in several relevant publications with the editor Jerónimo Verdussen,
